Apps Designed To Help You Save Money
We now live an age where budgeting and money management doesn’t have to be something we dread. Thanks to the rise in technology, it has never been easier to keep track of your finances. Using apps to save money is a great way to develop the habit of being in control of your personal finances, it is never too soon to start.
Try one of these money saving apps, and see what a big difference it can make.
You Need a Budget
For those in debt and have never thought of budgeting, this app is both simple and detailed. Its aim is to help you turn your financial situation around and gain a better understanding of where your money is going.
You must purchase the desktop software, which the app compliments. If you need a complete revamping of your financial planning, it will be well worth the $60 investment.
Level Money
This one is great to reduce the stress of those “can I afford it” it purchases. Level Money focuses on cash left over after calculating your income, recurring bills, and how much money you want to save. You are then left over with “Spendable” cash.
Its coined the term “Financial GPS” which gives you an allotment of money you have leftover to spend by day, week, or month.
Oh and it’s free.
Ready for Zero
Ready for Zero is the must have money app for getting out of debt. After linking all your credit card and student loan accounts, you can then make a payoff plan custom to your needs. You’ll be able to track your progress right from your phone. Set up notification settings to keep track of savings, payment dates, and much more.
The basic version is free. If you would like the app to send payments, calculate ways to pay off debt faster, and track your credit score the fully upgraded is only $15. There is also a $10 version that won’t give you credit score.
We’re happy to see more people using these apps to save money and take charge of their personal finances.
